Set by hand

Your diamond is seated by a pair of hands, not a machine.

The prongs are raised, the stone is seated, and the metal is closed over it at the bench, one ring at a time. The ring is then finished and polished by hand, and that finish carries all the way around the inside of the band, where nothing shows and it would be easy not to bother.

Before a single stone is set, we are given your diamond’s IGI report number and its certified carat weight, and we check both against your order. Nothing is set until they match.

Inside the band we stamp three marks: the metal, the Beylora maker’s mark, and your ring’s own number. One number, one ring, for as long as it exists.

The Beginning

Beylora exists because the ring you want and the price you can afford shouldn’t be two different rings.

For years, they were. The most beautiful engagement rings were priced for the name stamped inside the band, not the diamond on top of it, so the ring you actually wanted stayed just out of reach.

Beylora was started by four people who couldn’t accept that a beautiful engagement ring meant three months’ salary, so they built one that didn’t. A lab-grown diamond is a diamond: same crystal, same hardness, same fire, grown instead of mined, for a fraction of the price and none of the compromise. We build every ring around one: certified, made to order, and sold for one honest price.
